Compact, modern and clean. Everything worked, no issues. Ground floor, and has a free parking space. Close to city to be able to walk everywhere, and there’s a Sainsbury’s over the road. Big smart TV, comfortable bed, good shower. Has a washing machine.

Very nice and welcoming hosts. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. Plenty of fresh fruit for breakfast, home made oatmeal cookies to take away and even freshly baked brownies awaiting us in the evening. We stayed here during a very unusual hot weather (for September and for the UK as well) and it was very pleasant to sit in the house backyard late in the evening.

Dating back to the 12th century, this Grade II listed bed and breakfast is less than 100 metres from Lincoln Cathedral. Original stone fireplaces and wooden beams feature throughout Cathedral View.

Everything about Lincoln and this guest house. Very comfortable room with en suite, excellent breakfast, close to huge Cathedral, restaurants, shops, scenery. Will be back.

Stunning property, quiet location and its dog friendly! I will definitely be back with my fur baby to stay again. I had no problems while here but the hosts have left an emergency number if you do have problems. Can not fault the price either and it was nice to have a comfy place to stay before sleeping in a field for 5 days! Thank you so much.

I didn’t want a hotel for my brief stay over Lincolnshire and found this delightful little house in Nettleham. It was very modern , very clean and perfect for me and and my 2 grown up kids . It’s perfectly located next to a shop , very close a Chinese takeaway, a pizza takeaway and the pub is quite literally over the road . It’s very quiet at night so we all had a decent nights sleep . The things you do get - Towels Milk, orange juice and water in the fridge All cooking utensils, plates and cups etc Toaster , kettle , microwave,coffee machine with pods Washing up liquid and soap in the kitchen Shower gel shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom Free WiFi Complimentary chocolates in both bedrooms Complimentary biscuits , sweets , biscuits and chocolates in the kitchen and also some fruit Free tea and coffee Parking at the rear of the property Things you don’t get ( but this is in no way a negative) TVs in the bedrooms And that’s it , after all it isn’t a hotel and that’s exactly what we wanted We absolutely loved our stay there and will definitely be returning in the future
