From check in to check out the stay at this hotel was perfect, Matt on reception was amazing, checked in early so we could use the pool facilites, such a lovely gent to talk to as well.. the room was of a very standard and water in the fridge was a lovely touch.. Breakfast was out of this world, such a selection to cater everyone and fresh cooked extra if you wanted.. elissa and katheryn ( hope i spelt them right ) we're very good and again very friendly to look after us. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel even for the staff alone. Raddison you have some gems working for you..

I can not explain how amazing the hosts were. I've stayed in 5 star hotels with never before had the most attentive experience before. James the owner went completely above and beyond, nothing was any trouble polite. We were allowed to eat our takeaway in the bar area, he put music on. The service was the most professional but also so very kind, we will definitely be back! The room was a triple room with a lovely view of the lit tree and street. Very spacious. We didn't have the breakfast in the end but I heard the other customers commenting how lovely it was. See you again. If you want outstanding service in the lovely old hotel in a lovely little town close by to Derby & Nottingham definitely choose this one!

- [ ] Straight forward check-in - [ ] Amazing customer service at the restaurant: quick, polite, accommodating to your needs - [ ] Breakfast unexpectedly rich with variety of options for any type of diet, good quality of ingredients, proper coffee machine with the Italian brand of coffee! - [ ] Cutleries are like in a proper restaurant - [ ] Very kids friendly. I was without children, but next time - would choose this hotel, just for this reason alone

Location to East Midlands Airport for an early morning flight hadn’t expected the excellent take away breakfast to be available so early in the morning also having the indoor pool for the children prior to dinner and sn early night was perfect for our large family group

Welcoming staff, very friendly and personable. They always seem to go that extra mile with personal touches, when we stayed at Christmas they had a postbox for Santa, this time they had a "Coronation station" in reception, with welcome drinks, fruit and kids activities to commemorate the crowning of king Charles. Warm family friendly swimming pool. Spacious rooms. Less than 5 mins walk from the airport.
