Google maps puts you outside 74 Robin Hood Lane but you need to go a little further down the hill and turn right at GP surgery where the road forks to stay on Robin Hood Lane. No house number visible but number 32 next door has big visible numbers. Our takeaway delivery had the same issue trying to find the property so put a note on any takeaways.

Fabulous stay. Best night sleep we have had for a long time. Traveled with two dogs. Who felt happy and content. Staff are lovely and friendly especially the breakfast staff. Amazing breakfast 😋 love the added bonus of warm pool and spa..with friendly staff. Parking easy with shops close by. Want to stay longer..thank you!

My partner and I stayed for three nights. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of Rochester town centre with all it’s attractions. The top floor apartment is beautifully appointed with tasteful decor and furniture. All the facilities were spotlessly clean and in perfect working order. There’s free on road parking outside the property and, when this was full, the owners allowed us to park on their drive.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were welcomed with a little treat for the child's in the room which was lovely after a long drive. The shower was great pressure and always warm. All the family enjoyed using the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Which was open even on Christmas day. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. Really enjoyed the coffee. Found the bar drinks to be fairly priced to. This Holiday Inn will be my first choice when visiting the area again.

not alot telephone in room didnt work was at other end off hotel . tv didnt work couldnt watch nuffen wif my children . no spare bedding for sofa bed . under staffed food tock ages was cold . meau was limted ended up with stomach act from food froze all night as heating didnt work was told be fully refunded in morning which was different manger asain woman manger , which was competely unhelpful told me i had to booking .com as it viutral card which male manger said id be fully refunded on to my bank card . only thing was kids liked pool

Our first visit to this Beautiful hotel was for a family funeral and our other members of family that stayed here also were super impressed with everything from easy check in, great staff that were happy to help, swimming pool was much needed to relax and it was great. The bedroom we had was super outstanding and I wish we could have stayed longer.
