The staff are friendly and very professional, responsive to all our needs. There were many unexpected treats like the fairy garden and the pitch and putt - not quite professional standard but very good fun! A well-preserved historical activity center is located in a beautiful area surrounded by trees and is highly recommended for families and others. The price stood very reasonable and still offers all the amenities like a star hotel including specious open car park space and served breakfast. We did not join on activities as our trip was only for two days I would suggest exploring the local area and trying those activities as well. The chalet was spacious and dog friendly and clean,bed was made daily which was a nice surprise ! Continental breakfast was plentiful, with good choices. We were visiting family and friends in the area, so was a good location for us. The price paid was good value for the time of year and location. Would we stay there again ?
