We had a wonderful stay at the H Boutique Hotel in Bakewell. The staff was absolutely lovely — attentive, kind, and always willing to help so we could explore the area with peace of mind. The facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the sauna with red lights—it was the perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking. The location was amazing, with a stunning cliff and several caves just across the road. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring the right gear this time, so I could only explore two caves, but it’s definitely a reason to come back! The small waterfall and creek right outside the house were lovely touches, and during a morning walk, I even came across a hidden pond in the woods nearby. The outdoor BBQ area was another highlight—this place has everything for a perfect getaway. I’m already looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy cave exploring, hiking, swimming, the sauna, and a BBQ under the stars.

Lovely place to stay 20 mins walk in to bakewell and made extra special with the snow on the walk home. Rooms done to a high quality and everything you need breakfast in the cafe was lovely .. Will be visiting again x
