What can I say, from the minute you step in the door the fire is so inviting. We had our wedding ceremony at 3.45pm and the hotel made sure our room was ready on time, we had a welcome glass of champagne as well as the hotel bringing us a bottle to our room. Every now and then you come across a hotel that really leaves you admiring every detail in and every interaction, and the Balmoral is one of those hotels, it is exactly what you would imagine an iconic 5 star hotel in the Scottish capital to feel like from the moment you enter to the moment you leave everything is immaculate and it's really earned it's reputation the room, the service, the food options were all spot on. it was our first holiday with our 5 month old first born and all his and our needs were catered for perfectly and we can't to come back.

The property is very close to the city centre, you can easily get a bus directly to the city centre. Plus this house is ideal for families and groups. The property had pretty much everything from clean rooms to furnished kitchen. They also do provide breakfast, which is a plus amongst all the listed houses here. The host mandy were a great host and were readily available for any help or responses. I would 100% recommend this property to people travelling to Edinburgh.
