A nice clean room with everything you would expect, full English breakfast was superb in lovely surroundings in the tower. very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to future visits.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, with everything we needed. There was three areas where we could sit outside, the rooms were large especially the bedroom, which had lots of wardrobe space and a large chest of drawers. The cottage was all beautifully decorated, plenty of seating options inside as well. The WiFi was good too. It was lovely seeing lots of birds & rabbits in the garden in the morning We would definitely return if available. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. 😊

The location is superb, on a little used road, therefore quite and peaceful. The accommodation - modern and recently completed/renovated - has everything that you need, particularly for longer stays. Being more or less in the centre of Norfolk and only only 5 minutes from the market town of Dereham, it is an ideal location from which to explore all the delights that Norfolk has to offer, from the historic towns and cities - Norwich and King's Lynn to mention just two - to the peace, tranquillity and beauty of the north Norfolk coast.
