The family room was big compared to other budget hotels, and the bathroom was massive. The breakfast was great and filling. The smart TV didn't catch a good signal and hence didn't work well. We had to terminate our break earlier than planned due to a family emergency at home and only stayed 2 nights 29th and 30th December. We had paid for 3 nights to 31st December owner advised us to contact booking .com to see if we could be refunded 1 night we had paid for. Booking ref is 3214260189.
