Beautiful location, total peace and tranquillity. Perfect, rural retreat. Lovely to see the deer walking around the property in the mornings. Very poor, patchy mobile phone signal which was great as allowed you to truly relax! Our hosts were very accommodating with our check in time due to the distance we were travelling and this was very much appreciated.

The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach.

This was our third visit, I can’t praise this hotel enough, my favorite in the whole of England. The history, the cleanliness, the style, the location, everything is exceptional.

Very friendly welcome by Steve. Very clean, comfortable and quiet room with lovely view out front. Excellent full English breakfast. And: Steve even asked us witch music (from his vinyl collection) we would like to accompany our breakfast 😃.
