Our room wow just wow, Staff helpful & very pleasant always there to help. Venue clean very clean Able to walk around the venue sort of stretch your legs with relaxing views & safe enough for my children no cars using excessive speeds. Comfort of bar areas had you relaxed in no time. For me I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I got it all & more Would I book again YES

We wanted somewhere half way to break our journey up to Scotland that was good value and close to the motorway. This B&B was Excellent value for money. Lovely hosts, large family room with en-suite it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10, Will definitely come back!
