Very friendly welcome from Claire when we arrived. She was most helpful during our stay, resolving any issues we had. The food at this hotel is excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The Swale room was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Lovely hotel.

We had a connecting room which was so much bigger than we are used to. Also the hotel is very high standard even for a Holiday inn. The gym is quite complete. Breakfast was lovely.

Down stairs the bar had a log burner and a variety of seating. Staff and locals were very welcoming and there was a nice friendly atmosphere. The two evening meals we had were very reasonably priced and we enjoyed them.Large bedroom with a sofa and lots of space.
