Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and comfortable. The beds were large and very comfy. The rooms had plenty of space. The bathroom was beyond clean and offered amazing water pressure plus a tray table for the bath so you could sit back and relax. You were provided with full bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, so you knew you wouldn't run out. The decor was beautiful and well thoughts out. You didn't feel like you were staying in a cardboard cut-out hotel room. It felt lux but at an incredible price! The bar area was so cosy and offered a number of places to sit back and relax. The restaurant, although a bit on the more expensive side, yet still affordable, was delicious! Breakfast was included. You had your assortment of continental and then also could choose from a varied menu. We had eggs benedict (do not recommend, over do e sauce and eggs) and eggs royale (the salmon) which were quite good. While breakfast left a little to be desired, the staff more than made up for it. They even brought out our little one a plate of scrambled eggs that was not on the menu. They were incredibly kind throughout the stay and really made the whole trip that much sweeter. They deserve nothing but the highest of praise. This hotel is such a gem. We will definitely be making it a regular stop on our yearly holiday and are even considering exploring the area for a long weekend so we can stay again.

Fantastic location to Stonehenge which is what we used it for but definitely would have like to stay longer. Really comfortable and enjoyed all the facilities. Very little noise from people above and it was a real treat having air con in the bedroom. Oh and a shout out to Kingman's butcher for the best sausages ever.

Absolutely everything! Room was quite big, bed very comfortable, staff was amazing, breakfast was tasty and the location just perfect! Option of self check in and check out was great, it was not necessary to wait for anyone or take up staff's time needlessly. I was also positively surprised that the rooms are cleaned daily!

The host, Helen, greeted us on arrival, showed us to the Shepherds Hut, which is discretely located away from the main house, so very private, she was lovely and friendly. Beautiful rural location overlooking fields. The Hut was immaculate and cannot fault the facilities. We were staying as attending a family wedding at a nearby venue and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thankyou Helen.

My family and I had a fantastic weekend away to visit Highclere castle and the New Forest. The cottage was in a lovely little village with a shop and pubs a quick walk away. Simon and Lizzie were so kind, they greeted us with a lovely food & drink welcome basket, and talked us through the cottage amenities and the local area. The cottage was really nicely decorated with everything you could need and the beds were really comfortable. There was plenty of parking for multiple cars and Wi-Fi and TV worked great.
