A little hidden treasure. Most tastfully and same time practical furnished apartment. Perfect for short or longer stays. Has everything one could wish for a couple or a single. Beautiful area, lovely host, extremly clean and modern! I Just loved it! Also very good internet, in case someone might need that for some home office.

7 The Walks was full of character and was very comfortable. Really comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms, a large kitchen and large comfortable lounge.Very clean and well equipped, e.g. a proper washing-up cloth rather than the usual j-cloth! I loved the old-fashioned toilet with the pull chain which reminded me of my childhood at my grandmother’s house. I also loved the wonky floors and the first floor bedroom with the low beamed ceiling and the old wooden bed in it (very comfortable mattress). It was lovely to wake up in the morning with a ‘lost in time’ feeling. Parking wasn’t a problem. Two close lovely walks to the right and left.

Lovely B&B and the perfect base to explore Kent and East Sussex. The house itself is beautitul (even better than in the pictures!) and it is located in a peaceful natural environment. You have everything that you need, including a delicious breakfast. Most importantly, Annie and Alex are wonderful hosts. They made us feel at home!

Good safe & quiet location. Parking was not a problem for us as we were out in our car during restricted on street parking hours. Unit was clean and washer/dryer were very convenient. Kitchen had all that we needed for our 4 day stay. Lounge was very spacious. Photos are a good indication of the accommodation. Host was very keen to be helpful.

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early after a long journey which we were so grateful for. The room itself was lovely, clean, cosy, and well maintained. It is quiet in the hotel even though there is a restaurant and pub downstairs. The hotel is in a village which is quaint and great for long walks and visiting castles. I would recommend this hotel for an authentic English B&B experience.

The Spa Hotel is an elegant country mansion just a 15-minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Rail Station. It is set in 14 acres of gardens and parkland.

The room was very comfortable. I also liked the facilities (spa, gym), and the grounds were great for a walk or to find a bit of quiet time. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner in the orangery. Staff was very professional and friendly.
