Travelling with young children is always stressful at times but the staff were very understanding and helpful. At breakfast a staff member asked if any of us had dietary requirements and after being told a member of the family has coeliac disease we were provided with a booklet showing all the foods ingredients and were able to request gluten free toast without being made to feel like a burden. Had everything we needed to cook and catered for our two young kids. Hot tub was a lovely touch, even in the snow! Speaking of the bad weather - the cottage was lovely and warm the whole time! Location is great, 20-30 minutes drive to Beechenhurst, Puzzlewood and other attractions. Beds were very comfy and onsite parking. Bus into Gloucester was a few minutes walk away and were regular. Got a taxi back which cost around £10 as would be a very busy road to cross to get back. There are even toys for toddlers if you come with kids Nice and clean, we had clean towels, shower gels etc Private parking space!
