The location was great next to beautiful Lady bower reservoir, Win hill and Bamford edge. Exceptionally clean, comfortable with great food and an amazing breakfast. The staff were just so friendly and couldn’t make us feel any more welcome. Would defiantly return 👍🏼

Clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Well situated to go hiking. Good choice of food. One of the employees, "Dina"/"Deema"(sorry) went out of her way to find us a solution with public transport. We had planned to visit some spots but the online information were outdated. She was very helpful. Other staff members were also nice and gave us precise directions to go hiking. FYI: If you are travelling by bus in this area, you better be patient. 😅

    Fabulous room and views, the food was delicious and catered for many dietary requirements. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, from the bar, front desk to the restaurant . Great location for walking trails. Would 100% stay again and would very much like to do more than one night when the kids are bit older to explore the area.

    The rooks was very spacious and the low bed in the family room was perfect for a toddler (not that he slept in it!). Staff were very accommodating and assisted with requests to help us with 2 very small children.

    We stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of January, we had a lovely relaxing time, we stayed in the Sir Don Bradman Suite this had a stunning view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We both enjoyed breakfast the next day and finished off our stay with a walk in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and we will be looking to rebook again in the future.

    I booked a superior family room at short notice for 2 children and 1 adult - I later had to call as my other child wanted to come. The hotel was so accommodating and even added another bed to the room. There was a super king, a double sofa bed and a single bed in the beautiful and well equipped (very large) room. I had the best nights sleep! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and although no buffet option, it was varied and plentiful. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

    What a wonderful family business! Excellent service all round from very hard working staff. Very comfortable and great food. All in a beautiful building and a beautiful walking area. The garden is perfect on a summers day and the bar has plenty of lovely drinks.

    We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with all our family and the service, food and hospitality we received was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. The rooms immaculate with a coffee machine, and toiletries provided. We also received a cute little box of chocolates and a note personally to us, wishing us a happy anniversay!! So cute!
