Execellent location in a lovely quiet residential area, but only 2 minutes walk from a direct railway line into Birmingham International airport (and the NEC) and / or Birmingham New Street station (only 15 minutes by train) if you want to go into the center of town. Lovely hosts, John and Kim made me feel very much at home and provided an excellent breakfast and lots of handy tips re navigating around the Birmingham area etc. Thoughly recommend for anyone who wants a bit of peace and tranquility after a long day at conferences.

The owner was super nice and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. The bed was really comfortable – even for us as a tall couple – and we finally got the good night’s sleep we needed. Our family glamping trip was absolutely fantastic! With a big group of 20, we had an amazing time. From booking to checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 hospitality with great communication. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!

Our hosts were exceptional in their attention to detail, were approachable, responsive to all our needs and were very timely and friendly. The house was as advertised in the pictures. It was a pleasant and comfortable property. Our children were able to enjoy the front lawn and nearby park while we found local supermarket, pharmacy and takeaway options to be easy to access. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.
