Very comfortable and clean room with all amenities to cook meals yourself. Very well connected to the city centre: two train stations nearby at 10 minute walk, directly connected to the city centre for little. The projector with a massive screen makes for a very enjoyable movie or series watching experience after a long day walking in the city.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly. Went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They cooked a few meals upon my request of traditional Sri Lankan food that was mouth watering. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m in Glasgow.

Very well decorated and furnished, comfortable, some nice touches such as rain gear left out for guests use and milk delivered. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Helpful staff and lovely owners. I really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and spacious, well equipped, clean and quiet! We (four people) could only stay for 1 night but would definitely return for a longer period as the apartment is very welcoming, provides everything you need and is excellently located. Absolutely amazing. Close to the OVO hydro and the city centre. For the location and Glasgow absolutely good price. The flat is lovely and spacious with great furniture and decorated with an eye for details. The owner went up and beyond to support us in any way possible.

This 4-star guest house is set within a 19th-century Victorian building overlooking Kelvingrove Park with excellent views across Glasgow.

This property is ideally located equidistant to the exhibition train stop and the Kelvin Bridge Subway stop, about a 10min walk each way. It is located in a vibrant, trendy part of the city, close to the University and the SEC as well as the Kelvingrove and Hunterian Art Galleries. The rooms are well appointed and suitably grand. But the highlight of this establishment is the personalised breakfast service. Delivered to your table or to your room, it always come with a smile and is always fresh and warm. The veggie haggis is a must try. Special thanks, particularly to Jennifer and Steve for their hospitality. Its this type of service that made me more satisfied with a guest house stay over a commercial hotel chain.
