We were traveling from New Zealand and loved everything about this accommodation. Admittedly we had a room upgrade, but the whole experience was exceptional. We ate dinner and breakfast there and could not fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the old character of the hotel and have already recommended it to friends for when they travel to the UK.

This is absolutely worth the drive through very narrow roads - they match the whole experience of travelling back in time. Owner was super friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner on site was great.
