The lady on our check in day was amazing. I think no place made me feel this much welcome 😍 Beautiful room with a great view and very spacious. 8 car spaces which are free of charge. The old historical elevator was fun

Lovely location, outlook onto the harbour, 10min slow saunter to the stores and main harbour area along the flat. Very attentive sociable staff. My companion injured herself whilst arriving at the hotel (nothing to do with the hotel at all), the receptionist Rhu flew into action with bandages etc and another member of staff drove us to the A&E, on our return to the hotel, staff kindly organised a meal for us (despite kitchens having closed)....Cannot thank them enough for their help.
