The Roomz and bed was so comfy , the new big chef (Tudor rose ) where very value for money and the bar area had all sky sports on which was a added bonus, in the morning we went to Cheshire oats which was only 10 mins away would stay again .

In 38 acres of peaceful grounds, just 15 minutes from Chester, this beautifully preserved Edwardian manor has a fantastic restaurant, free Wi-Fi, a log fire and charming individually decorated rooms.

It’s in a good location for us to travel to Liverpool. It’s in the country but close enough to the city and other places worth visiting. The rooms are a refreshing change from standard hotel chains. The staff we met were all friendly and delivered a good service. The evening meal was of a high quality and served by caring staff; well done to Harvey & Tom!

Great location for the train station and getting into Chester city centre. Very comfortable place, plenty of room and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped. A nice touch was having milk, cereal, tea and coffee provided too. The host was very friendly and responded promptly to messages and was very helpful.
