The staff were so kind, nothing was too much trouble, I had two young children and wasn't able to collect my food, so they were kind enough to bring it to my room. The hotel / room was was clean , smelt fresh and bright

It’s right at the point where the DART meets the other trains so it’s perfect location to be near the airport but also easy to have day visits anywhere. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff nice and friendly. Breakfast choices were great.

Very convenient location if you flew in late and have an early flight next day. There's only a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Luton terminal. The room is not big, but it is thoughtfully laid out and very practical. There is also a decent sized table if you need to do some work. You can notice that the hotel is not new anymore, there are signs of wear, but what's important is that everything was very clean. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel which is convenient if you want to have a beer or grab a bite and are not in the mood to walk around. All in all it's a great value for the price.
