Overall the personal touch - which was then supported by great beds, bathroom stuff as well as perfect food. Little touches like home made cookies and fresh milk in the bedroom just spoilt us. They also had a bike shed which made us more relaxed about our bikes safety overnight - although the village was clearly not a high crime area

Angela was a very hospitalbe, welcoming and helpful host. She gave us great tips for places to visit and things to do. Her cooked breakfast was delicious, and there was additionally a great variation of cereals, yoghurts, and fruit. The room and bathroom were cosy and clean, and we instantly felt at home. Heathergate Cottage was easily reachable by car and is located in a calm, relaxing region close to the beautiful Dartmoor.

Angela is a great host. We had an upgrade to a family room which was great as we had loads of room for our dog. This business is situated on a working farm and a good distance from the main road so you get a great nights sleep, They have peacocks but didnt disturb us. The breakfast is excellent with cereals and cooked breakfast Will certainly stay again when next in the area

Angela was really lovely, the room was warm and comfortable. The view was beautiful with sightings of a lovely fox and a rabbit family. Breakfast was excellent, and a cheeky peacock was peeking in the window. We had a lovely stay and hopefully will return. Thank you
