15 minutes, and less, walk took you to bus and train stations, shops, churches and promenade. Good car park. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good food. Very popular for wellorganised functions. Well positioned for travel to Edinburgh and Dundee as well as other points of the compass. No trouble or disturbances.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Room. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We had a gorgeous view from the back window, out towards the garden. The breakfast was great! Dinner was also lovely, desert was the best. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Hope to stay again in the future, highly recommend.

Comfortable clean accomodation, easy access from the main road but quiet and nice area. We highly appreciated the flexibility in checking in as we arrived directly from the airport, 1 hour later than we expected. Kids liked the spacious living room and we had a good night sleep. We got all necessary information from the host in a timely manner.
