The family room was very clean, and spacious, the bunk bed for the kids was great. The breakfast the next morning was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Lots of parking, convenient for travelling to/from Belfast.

Lovely hotel.. Christmas atmosphere & location was perfect for us as we could walk everywhere!! We got an upgrade on arrival so room was bigger than we expected & bedding so comfortable we slept so well !! Gym was a bonus too...

Accomodation was only 15 minute walk into town. Bonus was how close to transport we were and seeing the Bobby Sands mural. Convenience stores and Off licences nearby made it easy.

Peter was an amazing host, very kind and informative giving good directions and tips on the area. I loved my room, a home away from home, with the comfiest bed and pillows ever. It met all my needs, and I appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee in my room. It is in a quiet area so I slept really well. I enjoyed starting the day with breakfast and meeting other guests whilst enjoying a view of the beautiful garden. If I am back in Belfast I will definitely stay again. Thank you so much Peter.😊

Must beautiful apartment I had stayed in Belfast! Have amazing view and very clean, comfortable and organised. I fell like in my home. Very quite area, and I find everything I need near. The manager very gentle and answer all my questions very fast.

The property has an owner who responds so quickly. Lovely and clean and really comfy beds. Didn’t use cooking facilities but there was plenty. Would definitely recommend
