The veranda was an absolute joy, sitting out with a cuppa watching the shifting light, the wind whipping up the Loch and the family of ducks waddling by was such a treat. The Boathouse bar and restaurant on site had incredible staff, they were friendly and professional and the food was great. The owners had thought of everything for a family including, kids cutlery and step stool for the bathroom. The lodge was warm and cosy, the beds were super comfy, and the self-catering facilities really made it a home from home. What a view to wake up to! The bathroom was stunning and very clean. The bedrooms were good, plenty of wardrobe space, and the bed was super comfortable. The scenery from the lodge was breathtaking. My partner and I are already looking to come again next year in summer. The lodge and lochtay really did exceed all of our expectations.
