Location for us was great having flown from France into Stansted airport. Staff from reception check in to the bar staff and restaurant staff were all first class. A special mention to Lauren who served us breakfast with a smile and also worked extremely hard at the celebration of life function that we were attending. We will definately stay again.

Flat is great but it was very hot (26) on arrival and took quite a while to cool. Turned off all radiators.
