Very rarely do you find such a property 2 living room with everything you need, very clean with everything set up from every point of view... with a feeling that you live in your own house ...( with all the facilities wahing mashine , detergent etc) I had all the information I needed... I was able to contact Paul very late in the evening and he answered me in 2 seconds .. a small house with a big heart ... if I have the chance to stay in Tutbury again I will definitely stay at Paul's house 14 Castlegate ... a small detail: you will have Milk, bread, honey, apples arranged in the kitchen!

Helpful staff to change to a different room location. Great facilities in a new hotel. Second stay in an Ibis Styles hotel and would happily stay in them in future.

ideal situation to meet family from Swansea and Leeds this was half way.The apartment was comfortable and we'll provided to a high standard. Good communication with the host was most helpful.well done.

It is a completely new appartement and very clean. Friendly reception by the host. Also there were drinks for you in the fridge and Some candy in a bowl. Made us feel welcome.

I’ve never left a review on booking.com however with this place I would love to. where to begin - I knew it was a lovely place to stay in looking at the pictures but in person it was even more amazing. Everything is so clean, and everything looks brand new. I told suzy I was coming with my partner and it was his birthday, and the room was decorated beautifully - there was even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival. Very generous indeed. You can tell hosts really care about making your stay perfect. It has everything you need and more, everything has been thought of e.g lovely supply of coffee / tea breakfast items and utensils. If you forget to bring something with you, you can almost guarantee it is here. There are also snacks. The design of the suite is outstanding and the bathroom / wetroom is beautiful. The bed is huge and so comfy, had a lovely nights sleep. I really recommend staying here if you are visiting Hoar Cross Hall for a spa day / night as it is an 8 minute drive there, which is what we did. There was no problem booking an uber even with how remote it was. We are looking at visiting the spa again in summer time and we will DEFINITELY be booking to stay here again. The property as a whole is breathtaking, and there is no noise from cars / people. I really think it is great value for money as you are getting a huge bedroom, amazing bathroom and so much storage space with gorgeous modern furniture compared to paying the same for a tiny hotel room. This place was absolutely amazing, from pre booking to post booking the hosts were absolutely superb, in all honesty I could not have asked for a better experience even if I wanted too, simply spot on, very good location, parking on site for convenience, comfy apartment very homely, all the facilities and amenities one would ever require, highly recommend this place! I would definitely stay again....

The hotub was a welcome addition as well as the peace & quiet. Shops near by.

Comfy bed, clean and just great
