A very nice room with kind staff. The room was clean and big, and we loved the personal touch for our honeymoon. Being able to use the pantry was lovely! It was filled with all sorts of snacks. The location was very close to the centre of York, a short walk to the Minster. The breakfast was superb as well!

I recently stayed at this beautiful place and had a great experience. The house was super clean, really spacious, and had a few thoughtful little touches that made it feel extra cozy. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still close enough to the city center, so getting around was easy. The host was great with communication, always quick to respond. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We loved this little house! It’s very conveniently located, just a short 15 min walk along the riverside from York city centre. The owner was lovely, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were so pleased when we arrived after a long journey to find a variety of drinks, food, snacks and condiments, so we didn’t need to go straight back out to eat. Beds were super comfy. Lots of big, fluffy towels. Pretty much everything you’d need for a comfy home from home is provided, from toiletries and ear plugs, to board games and streaming TV. We even had slippers, eye masks and dressing gowns. We’ve stayed in loads of holiday homes over the past decade and this was one of the best for facilities.

Everything it was a beautiful place to stay so clean and fresh lovely surprise when opened the door there was a christmas tree lit up in the living room . Great location for York . Pub was great and served lovely meals . Thank you for enjoyable 3 days didn't want to leave .
