The friendly staff, both breakfast & dinner was delicious, accommodation was clean & comfortable. The owners went out of their way to make you fell at home. We were lucky to have snow which made it more special.

There is a warm welcome and cosy feel to the Norfolk Arms. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We got complimentary breakfast baskets on Xmas Day and Boxing Day, which was a really lovely touch that we didn't expect. A bonus is having a restaurant on site, and the food was great. For us, there is no better place to stay in Glossop.

Lovely warm welcoming at a gorgeous old pub. Room was spotless, bed nice and comfortable. Very convenient location and fantastic meal at local Italian restaurant close by. Nice breakfast was provided. No problem with car parking.

The warm atmosphere at the pub. The staff was excellent and guided us around Glossop as we were walking.
