From arrival to departure, Tracey and her daughter made us very welcome and could not do enough for us. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and meeting others there and the next afternoon, drinks outdoors in the front courtyard. We loved the character of the building and the location - minutes away from many attractions in the area. Thank you Tracey!

These self-catering rooms seems like they far away set in the country but actually only a few minutes from Penzance. The place is a brand-new build with modern appliances and so well designed. Very good beds and linen. The kitchen is very equipped to cook and enjoy. There is a barbeque and a hot tub to use. Absolutely super, one of the best self-catering I have stayed in.

I am so glad we found this lovely little place to stay for the Easter weekend! What a gem! Beautiful cottage, in a gorgeous location, with delicious treats provided by Adele. We so enjoyed the walks, dinner at the pub nearby, and the convenient location from which to explore Western Cornwall. Very highly recommended

This is a wonderful place to stay. We loved everything about the cottage. It had its own parking space, it was superbly appointed and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location just a short distance out of Penzance and handy to the fabulous Minack Theatre, the tin mines, Mousehole and the Cornish beaches. The host was friendly and welcoming and Jerry's artworks were another good feature.

Holbein House is easily a 20 out of 10 score. The facilities are beautiful, the room was very comfortable and super clean, with everything we could have wished for. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful with great suggestions on good restaurants and nearby travel destinations. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options all fresh (cooked breakfast and other) and delicious. Best of all, the lovely dog Elvis, who stole our hearts. Thank you to Mike and Ally, we'll be back for sure.

Very cute and cozy hotel, with great restaurant and amazing views from many of the bedrooms of St. Micheals Mount. The staff was kind and we enjoyed sitting by the fire and reading books in their lounge area in the cold weather.

Martin & Cathy were very friendly and informative. The room was large and the ensuite was clean, functional and a little bit tropical! Short walk to The Kings Arm pub. Great location if you plan to visit the Minack Theatre and St.Michael's Mount.

The hosts!! very welcoming and friendly, Martin and Cathy. I felt like a family member! they couldn’t do enough for me - I wish I hadn’t overdone it walking the coast path and had more energy to enjoy their company…a cream tea was offered but I was desperate for a shower/dinner. extremely lovely room, spacious and beautifully decorated. They take a real pride in their home and it’s gorgeous… Paul is a mile out of Mousehole but worth it for this place and the pub is fantastic too.

The cottage was beautifully located - surrounded by nature but also close to the main attractions.. We travelled with kids so we liked the fact that was very spacious and also very warm.
