The owners are ADORABLE.. only that would have been enough but add to that the bedroom was so good with such a confortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. And I could go on and on. Do not hesitate one second to book at JustB !

The House was lovely furnished, clean, smelled nice and its perfectly located. Close to Edinburgh but in a very quiet street. Máiri is very kind and gave every important information with out having to ask. We would love to come back one day:)

Steve and Heather are two amazing hosts. The room was welcoming, cozy, comfortable and clean. They welcomed us and were very nice and kind. Breakfast was deliciously home-made. They were also very kind and helpful with directions and recommendations on what to do in Edinburgh. Absolutely recommended. Hope to come back soon!

This home is absolutely stunning, a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Paula was lovely to communicate with and any instructions were clear and easy to follow. The master bedroom is an absolute delight with the comfiest bed and lovely en suite with both bath & shower. Everyone slept well and felt completely relaxed in this beautiful home. Proximity into the city was great, a short ride on the bus which stops a couple of minutes walk from the house and runs every 12 minutes! Supermarkets within 5 mins and the restaurant literally on thr doorstep was really good. Would absolutely love to stay here again

I loved staying in such a historical place and sadly I was not able to explore the grounds that much as it was raining a bit. The room service was amazing and the breakfast options are superb. I was also struggling to book some taxis for some events I would have and I asked the staff before my check in and in less than 1 hour I received the confirmation of the rides and they were super on time.

    Our family of four plus a dog really enjoyed our holiday at Green Law. The pod is very comfortable and clean. The views are amazing, especially the Sun sets from hot tube :) We were visiting Edinburgh every day - it is only 30 minutes drive. We would love to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful place.     We had a very warm welcome, very nice personnel! :) Beautiful old building with pictures of the old owner and the town of the past. Very nice dinner and breakfast. Comfortable beds. Our family of 4 could be in one room.

    Visited and stayed over for a famliy function. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was excellent - spacious, very well equipped with high quality furnishings, very comfortable bed and a wonderfully powerful walk-in shower. The service provided for the function was great - attentive and there when needed. Breakfast the following morning was great with a wide choice of options. Great all round.

    Breakfast was excellent, staff were lovely. We had chosen the location because we have family in Penicuick, so it was perfect. It was also easy to get the bus into Edinburgh.

    Best view from Pod one can get. Beautiful location and great hosts. Anna and Gavin were very helpful and farm tour was excellent/informative. Hot tub tops it all. Perfect holiday with family.
