The helpfulness of the staff. The function we were attending changed the starting time at the last minute and we required an earlier check in time. This was sorted out with the minimum of fuss and when we checked in were greeted by a very friendly member of staff.

    The waiting staff especially Lindsey gave amazing service in the dining room and excellent customer service at all times. The location is excellent and got given a family room even though we just booked a twin room.

    Apartment was nice and big. Tv not working but attended to immediately. Would stay in apartments again when visiting with family but we are also coming back as a couple to a double room again as we love the location, the price and the fact that it's so dog friendly.
