We asked for a large bed,a bath ,a view, and to book us for 3 main meals.The room was ideal,a table and seating area,to set up treats for Christmas,very quiet on a night,which was great.The food in the resteraunt was exceptional quality.The staff were polite and efficient and productive.We would definitely tell our friends of this gem.

Caravan had everything you could need and more. Perfect for families having 3 bedrooms and a cot and games etc. We really loved the free bottle of bubbly and water etc it was a lovely touch. The hosts communicated well all the time and when we couldn’t find the remote for the living room TV they turned up with a new TV. The bed was very comfy and there were plenty of spare duvets. This caravan was definitely value for money making it a very reasonably priced holiday for a young family with kids. Thanks so much for letting us stay and your hospitality.

Amazing property with two substantial living areas, ideal for a couple of families staying together, we were a group of 4 and had loads of space. Very high specification finish inside and out, well equipped kitchen, fantastic location within 5-10 minutes walk to corbridge. Before leaving the UK we needed to book a night close to the ferry. Our selection was based on price, but the B&B exceeded our expectations. We had a nice diner in the pub/restaurant which is part of the B&B. The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious, clean and cosy.
