I don't know where to start, it was just an uber wonderfull stay! Before we arrived we were in contact with the owner. Very friendly! When we arrived they were super welcoming. And SUPER dog friendly, we brought our dog James the Leonberger and they just loved him! And he loved them! ;-) We had our own living room, bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. The bed was really good, we slept wonderfull! In the morning we made an amazing walk in the forest close to the house. After that we were welcomed with a breath taking breakfast, and ... the coffee was really good! Next time we're gonna stay longer because one night wasn't enough, we just loved it!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, cooked a delicious meal of fresh fish and salad and suggested a mellow local whisky. It’s more a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Lovely view of the sunset from the bedroom window, a great location next to the water.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of the world. Perfect stopover with free Al highland hospitality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly liked the fact that it was dog friendly.

Everything was great; from the communication, to the facilities provided, to the cleanliness. The open plan living area was perfect for young kids. The beds were very comfy. Little added extras like blankets and some wood for the fire were really appreciated. The outside space was a bonus, with plenty of room for kids to run around and have fun. The hosts kindly also provided a stairgate, travel cot, high chair and fire guard to make our stay more comfortable.

It had anything and everything you could ever need for a lovely few days away.. Spotlessly clean throughout. We had wonderful sunny days and were able to sit out on their comfy patio area to relax after activities in the town.
