The room was very neat and fully automated, and the staff were exceptional. I particularly liked the pre-arrival courtesy phone call from the hotel, where they enquired about my specific needs.

A beautiful house, very clean and comfortable, with modern equipment. The house owner and manager are exceptionally nice, welcoming people. Great safety for parking our cars, close to the Edinburgh bypass, yet convenient for travelling into the city by bus or taxi.

The hotel location is excellent! Located right in the touristy Grassmarket area in Edinburgh ,meaning it is very easy to find restaurants and pubs nearby. Yet it is hiding in an area that is quiet in night time. The 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the toilet was big. We are so satisfied that we regretted we were just there for 1 night. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Edinburgh.
