Loved the old world feel and the quiet country atmosphere. The little house had everything you would need to stay and not have to go anywhere else. Loved the yard and river area put the back. Also there was nothing missed in the house to make your stay comfortable from games, books and even pantry items. Host was lovely and very helpful.

This hotel is a gem, beautifully appointed in a perfect setting. Short walk to the pretty village of Cartmel. Great choice for breakfast, all very tasty.
