Loved staying here and will be back, was made to feel right at home from the moment we walked in! Lovely clean room, great value for money and a tasty cooked breakfast next morning. Ideal location for getting out in the hills and into the town after! Loved it! Thanks again Rob and Jan

I had a warm welcome from the lovely Joanna. She was so kind and accommodating, she upgraded our room to an en suit for our longer stay, free of charge which was a lovely gesture and definitely something we needed. Me and my partner have thoroughly enjoyed having a peaceful and clean place to stay while in the area. The room is extremely stylish and modern, with a gorgeous bathroom to match, the water pressure is amazing too! I never struggled to have a great night's sleep. Joanna was easy to communicate with and had no problems with me and my partner leaving to go to work. New locks on the doors made it so my things were also fine while I was out at work. I couldn't be made to feel more at home, I would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

I spent one night in this hotel and I'm very happy with the room, which is large for a single room, and the clean bathroom. The location is perfect in the middle of the city. Contactless check-in and check-out is great. Good continental breakfast and fantastic staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was on a farm, it was quiet, it was not too far from where i needed to be. Also, we saw 3 baby lambs just fall from the mother being born, it was a beautiful sight. The room was basic, very clean, somewhere to put your head at night. Just what we needed.

    Conveniently located just a short walk along the canal to Todmorden. Rob and Jan are the best hosts you could possibly wish for, so friendly and full of fun. Finally the full English breakfast is the best we have ever had regardless of establishment.

    A lovely spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, extremely comfortable. The owners also lovely and very helpful. We stayed there with our five month old baby and they offered to provide a cot, high chair etc. Highly recommended.
