The apartment was immaculate and we couldn’t fault a thing; very well maintained with everything you need for a quality stay and brand new. Rachel our host couldn’t have been more helpful, what a lovely lady who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The bakery has delicious food and beverages and is an added bonus to the stay. Everything was very clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner at the pub and the food was excellent! Everyone was very nice to us too! Worth every penny.

Amazing stay. Staff sooo friendly and helpful and so kind to our dog too. (He didn't want to leave). The restaurant does great a la carte breakfast and we had dinner there too. Lovely location with good walks nearby. Very quiet at night which we enjoyed. Room spotless. Great value for money

This hotel was excellent. The concierge was provided me with good advice on services in the nearby area. The restaurant provided an excellent breakfast. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had an incredible view of the Tyne river looking east to the High Level bridge and beyond.

We asked for a large bed,a bath ,a view, and to book us for 3 main meals.The room was ideal,a table and seating area,to set up treats for Christmas,very quiet on a night,which was great.The food in the resteraunt was exceptional quality.The staff were polite and efficient and productive.We would definitely tell our friends of this gem.
