Ben was so kind and gives us a lot of information around that area that we wanted. We had a lovely countryside view from the windows of our room. Breakfast was gorgeous! Everything was fantastic during our stay at the Green Dragon. The staff was wonderful, the food was wonderful - absolutely everything was perfect. The stay was quiet and peaceful - while the pub environment provided a great sense of the local community. The host was very helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our interaction with every staff member while we were there. We needed a room for four (two adults and two kids) at a reasonable price while visiting Stonehenge - but I also wanted something with some personality - and that combination can be difficult to find. This was a perfect accommodation for our family. - and, there is a dog, I love Arnie. What a great boy.

We stayed one night in a 3 person room and we loved the ambience and cheerful friendly nature of everyone. The 2 Hotel dogs are friendly & delightful! The room was simple but comfortable. There is a cosy bar/lounge area that looked great but we didn't have time for it unfortunately. Our room rate included brekky - so we enjoyed a made-to-order selection including hot English breakfast, Omelette, Eggs Benedict and more. There was also a variety of cereals, toast +spreads, waffles & maple syrup, yoghurt, juices, tea and very good coffee! The location is perfect for visiting Stonehenge.
