Excellent lunch, wonderful service both at the restaurant, with the courteous assistants, and top compliments and grades to our concierge who kindly always went the extra mile to help in organizing our time in Tbilisi--including getting hard to find, last minute tickets to a memorable and famous puppet show and constantly making sure the venues we booked were actually open, and warning us promptly in case they weren't. So: noticeable extra care towards the patrons and guests on the hotel. Impressive. The location was marvellous, we loved the neighborhood, the little cafès like Entree, and the view from the top suite was idyllic. The atmosphere of the hotels was elegant and well curated, in its vintage allure, with touches of great taste in the decor and furniture.

Everything was perfect. The owner was the kindest person I have ever met in a structure, super available for everything we needed and even more. the service and the hospitality was excellent. Last day he even offered us to bring us to the bus station. He made our travel unforgettable.
