Newly built guest house. With a great view of the Little Caucasus. We were only there for one night, so it was not possible to enjoy all the possibilities. Very hospitable hosts. Very surprised by the breakfast. We were served a whole breakfast set - different dishes!

We had a great stay. The hotel looks very nice and our room was clean. Lovely view of the Rabati castle from the room and terrace. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. We also really loved the breakfast!

The hosts are very nice and hospitable people, very friendly. The apart is clean, it's got a kitchenette with a stove and a fridge. Excellent location, just 8-10 minutes' walk to the Fortress. They serve nice tasty breakfast. We liked our stay.

The owners are a very cool couple. Rooms are clean and well ventilated. Menu has many options of gerogian cuisine dishes; I tried ostri, tomato and cucumber salad and pasta with matsoni and garlic, all were delicious. Actual bar music and chat. I will definitely book again next time I come to Akhaltsikhe.

Everything was perfect at Elena’s apartment!! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was functional and had everything you need to cook. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The beds were new and extremely comfortable. Elena was the perfect host.

The hosts are a lovely, smiley couple that welcomed us very warmly with their homemade wine. They helped us a lot with suggestions and were always trying to accomodate our requests. The hotel is just by the castle and our room had a great view on it. Top hospitality , would recommend to everyone

Nikolas warmly greeted us upon arrival and he was the perfect host. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with the addition of a small sofa and table. Our room was bright with a window featuring a lovely view to the castle. The bathroom was also clean and there was plenty of hot water at the shower. Towels were fresh and clean. We found the bed to be comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. The room also had a fan and a mirror with a shelf and hooks. An electric kettle, coffee/tea mugs and wine glasses added a nice touch. Strong wi-fi signal and a reliable connection with fast download and upload speeds. Excellent location below the town's castle, steps away from quaint restaurants, local shops and the central marshrutka station. In all, a very peaceful stay and an excellent value. This was our first accommodation in Georgia and it was the perfect choice. Thank you. Nikolas!

Excellent value for money. Guesthouse was able to arrange tour to Vardzia and Khertvisi fortress by taxi. It was an excellent trip with a very good local driver.
