First of all the people in charge of the estate, they do everything for us to feel great. Our stay was the best we had in Georgia. We loved the room,the view, the lobby (with fire place), the restaurant,the wine cellar, the garden and the wine. I have booked GreenGate as I was traveling for my work and did not have much expectations to begin with. It turned out to be one of the most memorable stays and I would definitely come back to this place. Rooms are simple and clean, the property is surrounded by lush garden. Hosts are just wonderful! Such intelligent and welcoming people. They went far and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel right at home. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The location of the chateau is simply amazing - a couple of kilometers from the main road, quiet, peaceful - far from the noise. It's perfect for escaping the city. Looks like a castle from the outside, with terraces overlooking the surroundings. Just a few rooms - feels very private, with breathtaking views all around, as the building sits in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. Plenty of fresh air, mountain view, and a pool. The dishes in the restaurant were pleasant to try, plus the in-house wine made of the grapes grown on the premises. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much. We visited in August and are willing to come again in winter time.
