Top quality room with comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location could not be better, with Mt. Kazbeg, right at your doors. Hostess was extremely nice and helpful, offering us support even early in the morning. The house has a small parking with secured gates. Homemade wine was available for purchase.

You will have all you need when you stay here with great view, great location to enjoy Kazbeghi. The host is very nice and their family always wellcome us with the smile, we fell happy during time stay here. The cottage is new, beutiful, super clean and have enough facilities. The price is good, and it is far away of Stepantsminda about 8km, if you have a car or you can prepare some food before coming, this is great home where you should stay. Thank you so much.

This is the best cottage with a 360° view near Kazbegi. It can comfortably fit a family of 4, BUT you’ll need a car since Kazbegi town is about a 5–10 minute drive from here. If you’re an introvert looking for a quiet and private staycation, this is the perfect cottage for you. It has a full kitchen with a microwave, a bathroom (no bidet) with a washing machine, and other amenities as listed in the house details. There’s also a sauna (for a small additional charge), but who needs that during the hot summer, right? 😅 Behind the cottage, there’s a mountain and a hiking trail you can enjoy at a leisurely pace with your kids. We loved spending our days in the yard — lying on the hammock, snacking on the bench, gazing at the beautiful wildflowers all over the garden, or simply doing nothing. Overall, we really loved this cottage — totally recommended!

The cottage is very nice and cozy, with the beautifully view on the mountains. Inside the cottage was also basic equipment that was more than enough for a short stay. Huge private garden with outdoor seats. However, there are several areas for improvements from owner’s side.
