Exceptional value, I paid 50GEL for a double bedroom with attached bath AND balcony. The balcony and bathroom are both spacious. Extremely clean and well maintained. Was able to park my bicycle in the lobby or balcony. Hot shower works very well and quickly. Rooms heater can be turn on which is useful option. Large well equipped pantry area with living area. Indian restaurant is just 150m down the hill. Able to stop marshrutka almost in front of premise.

The host was wonderful, she tries to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They helped with booking the shuttle, and even when we changed the leaving hours twice, they didn't make an issue and helped us re-book. Location is good - 7 min. walk uphill in the snow to the first cable car. It's not that bad if you're not lazy. The place is very clean. Good breakfast. The best part in the hotel is dinner: Delicious dinner that you order from the menu, you don't need to leave the hotel to get REAL Georgian food and for a fare price. At night, it's very quiet and you can get a good night sleep. It's definitely worth the price Thank you very much for having us.

An exceptional cabin by all standards! I stayed with my family for 3 nights in this cabin, and we were the first to stay in it and it was an unforgettable experience. The view is directly facing the mountains with no obstructions; the scenery is stunning and breathtaking. The design is elegant, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the insulation provides wonderful peace of mind. The cabin is spacious and equipped with everything, even the finest details. The beds are extremely comfortable and feel luxurious. The kitchen is one of the most elegant and modern I’ve ever seen, and it’s fully equipped you just need to buy groceries and you’ll be able to cook anything you want with ease. The internet is very fast, and the back sitting area and balcony overlook views that make you never want to leave the place. The host is hospitable, quick to respond, and speaks fluent English. He sent me a video of the cabin before our arrival and welcomed us in a classy manner. The price is very fair compared to the experience. Honestly, it deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend it, and if I return to the area, it will be my first choice without hesitation.
