The facility and rooms are very clean, the bathroom was very clean, it is a family business, we liked it very much, we stayed for 2 nights, but the location is not exactly accurate, contact the business or use Yandex maps for the exact location, the rooms open to a common balcony, you have to go up a steep road a bit far from the center.

Amazing host very kind and wanted everything to be great for our stay. For us it was great it’s not in the center but instead you have amazing views and very comfortable stay with friendly neighbors, hostess and it is a very quiet place that we loved. Many interesting places to visit all around Mestia that we liked very much and I recommend to go by car to really get to opportunity to explore how you like. I recommend this place and will absolutely go back to stay longer because it is so much to enjoy all around.

Everything!! The guesthouse is totally new so the bedroom was spotless! Nice balcony, nice bed and all super clean. The owner and his family are very welcoming and that made our trip to Mestia super nice! On top of this the breakfast is delicious, every day you get something different. The homemade jam was out of this world! We hope to come back and we will for sure recommend to stay here to anybody that comes to Georgia.
