Great boutique hotel, nestled high above the river. I stayed in a french balcony room and was only expecting the window to tilt open - but actually the rooms have a small triangular balcony, pleasantly surprised. All the staff were very helpful, and were able to assist me in booking restaurants, spas, transfers etc. Would definitely recommend, location was very useful for me as I was doing multiple day tours from the close-by Avlabari metro stop a short 5 min walk away. There is a hill if walking from Old Town - so keep this in mind if you are planing to do lots of activities there - and also the street the hotel is one-way, so I found it easier to walk to the start of the road to catch ride-shares like Bolt/Taxis (very affordable). Room cleaned every day if wanted, and two bottles of water given each day, which is a nice touch.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Siberia. The staff were kind and engaging, parking was so simple for our rental car, and the views from our third floor room were INCREDIBLE and GORGEOUS! This is nearby the Holy Trinity Cathedral and it's an easy walk down towards town. I didn't want to be too close to the main city / busyness of town and I'm so glad we stayed on this side of the river. Taxis are so cheap (subway too, though not sure how far it was), it makes everything easy. Also I loved that there were wonderful restaurants nearby too to make staying there even easier. At night, it was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the lights of the city and the fireworks in the distance. 10 / 10 recommend.

My stay was unforgettable! The hotel felt very cozy and homey, the staff was really great and friendly with TOP LEVEL hospitality! We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was varied and kept us very satisfied. And the front desk staff were super! Very helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke English, which was very helpful. We were helped with our bags on arrival and departure. We'd definitely stay again!

This had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Koba was a fantastic host, always checking to make sure we were ok and available to help with anything, without imposing on our stay and letting us have our own space. The en-suite bedroom was clean and comfy and the shared kitchen equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves each day. While the house is uphill from the nearest metro station, using Bolt or public transport is really cheap and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe without feeling like it’s in the middle of nowhere. We’d definitely recommend and are particularly grateful to Koba for allowing us to leave our luggage a few extra days while we explored Kakheti!
