Everyone was so welcoming when we arrived. They allowed us a late check out as our flight home was in the evening. All the staff we encountered were fab, especially the manager Ali and Clement, Michael & Bismark. The rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. Breakfast was a feast, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious and well priced. The hotel definitely holds it own against others, including 5 stars in the area. I would highly recommend checking it out.

The hotel is excellent. The best I've stayed during my 2 week stay in Ghana. The room was huge, with a very comfortable desk space to work from he room if needed. Facilities where top notch. The common area, bar and outdoor plus pool is just amazing to hang around during the day. THe staff were extremely helpful, with a special mention to the the owner (American guy) always ensured that we are doing well and that everything is OK, and also the Bar attendee Daniel who is such a nice person and always ensured to keep us comfortable (plus he's a super nice guy to talk to)

Absolutely amazing experience! First of all, millions of thanks to Emmanuel and the entire team, who were extremely welcoming and always available to help and guide us on our rather challenging journey. Emmanuel' s genuine kindness will forever remain in our hearts! Great location - we looked for a safe and quiet neighborhood close to the University and airport and stayed very happy with the choice. The room was spacious and clean. We never met any issue with warm water or wifi, everything worked perfectly during the stay. Breakfast was served at our convenience and offered to taste delicious goodies prepared by the local community. Medaase for taking so much care of us!

Centrally located and easily accessible to other parts of Accra. It is very secluded and fairly private. My host Charles was amazing. Nothing was a bother to him. I stayed for two weeks, and anytime I contacted him, he responded promptly, and all my needs were met satisfactorily. Security was phenomenal, and it had a massive car park in the basement. Very close to local shops, too.

    The staff was great and very helpful. We are a Swiss family with two children and our bus from Abidjan arrived almost 6h late at 1:30am. They followed well our chat communication on booking.com and when we arrived they already had sandwiches prepared for us.

    Property is very convenient for families. We travelled from the U.K. for a family holiday and it was as good as anywhere we have stayed in Europe or US. This set of apartment seems to be at the lower end of their range (E.g. those in Cantonments are higher-end but generally cost more). Jeffrey collected us from the airport and he was great. His air-conditioned vehicle was perfectly suited to collect a family of six with 2 pieces of luggage each.

    Me and my family of 6 were turned away at 10pm after receiving a booking confirmation. We Jaf nowhere to go. It was extremely distressing and I was with my 2 children with ADHD and my 76 year old mother. It was disgraceful. I was offered a random flat on the caretakers mobile to go and rent 15 minutes away. We declined but we’re stranded. Awful experience

    Solomon the host was the most efficient and friendly host. He checked in on how we were getting on with the property, went over an beyond for our family needs too as I travelled with a young child. When there was an issue he gave us a better room also.
