    Gorgeous hotel! My 21 month old son had the best time, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The kids activities were brilliant, especially the two ladies running the classes. Would highly recommend to families with young children.

    The service is wonderful! They do their best to provide to you the best experience possible and they always succeed. The hotel and it's facilities are great too. It's a wonderful place for a family vacation!

    Junior suites were lovely, staff were friendly, mix of restaurants, there is a pool / beach / water park all on site. I had 2 spa treatments with Maria who was fantastic. They have improved the layout of the spa area from the previous year. Very happy. Kids club staff quality also improved from 2022. Felt like they were properly trained - not just kids doing a holiday job

    The facilities were exceptional. Food was also great. This is a hotel optimized for families with small children, they are very well prepared for that (e.g. there is ice cream available practically everywhere, each and every restaurant offers kids menu, their own aquapark is great, they operate kids club, etc.). Staff members are nice and helpful. The beach is really nice. What I liked the most is that though they were allegedly fully booked I didn't feel crowded anywhere in the hotel area (maybe in the kids pool, but nowhere else).
