We had a room on the upper floor with an amazing view over the sea. The hotel has a private parking and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The staff was very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady made beautiful swans out of towels when cleaning the room, which we found a very nice gesture. Nice details make the stay more pleasant. Definitely would like to come back.

An appartament is very clean, nicely desinged, comortable and equipped with everything what needed for a longer stay. We have not planned to cook but finnally we cooked almost every day :) Loundry is 5 min away. We even tried a local hairdresser. The place is located 2 min by walk from the beach and we could see the sea and mountains from our balcony. We came by ferry (by our car) and were able to check in very early and check out in the evening. The place is pet friendly, we stayed with our cat and dog with no additional charge. Platanias is calm and quiet in November, we had a good rest, but still some restaurants and shops are open. A great butcher Meeting Group is close by, where you can find local goods of a very high quality. Weather is still nice to chill and sunbath by the pool. Chania is more lively with lots of restaurants open but we preferred more quiet place and prolonged our stay here.

Everything was perfect! I requested an early check Inn and our room was ready from 11 am. Location - right next to the sea, but also close to shops and a bus stop. Hotel perfectly clean, rooms cleaned daily. Hotel area with lots of flowers and trees The pool is perfectly clean, plenty of sunbeds around. The restaurant is located right on the beach. The food was delicious, especially the mussels, but everything was perfect! The chef really knows how to cook. Hotel service - very nice! Niki, Kliton, Chef, Bartender and cleaning Lady - Thanks to your kindness, our family stay was very successful. Everything is much better than in the pictures! We'll be back for sure!

Big room, big shower, big comfortable bed. Pool and parking space. The host met my requests. The checkout day, they let me use a shower in the afternoon after spending the day at the beach, which was very accommodating since I was traveling at night. Super pleased. Will visit again.

Everything was perfect !! the bed is very comfortable, the balcony offers a wonderful view of the beach and the mountain at the same time. Very nice apartments quite close to the beach. 2 swimmingpools and very good breakfast and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
