Apartment has everything you need for a stay with a family. There was more than twice of equipment in kitchen than we have at our home. Every room has it's litle details every wall a litle ornament. Every room has it's own air condition which you can use free of charge. Clean, comfortable, huge terrace with a nice view. It's a nice starting position to go and visit all of the kassandra beaches and towns.(assuming you're with a car). There is no wifi but we knew that before we arrived, these days you can buy greek sim card with unlimited internet data for around 15 euros. It's evident that the owner put a lot of effort and personal touch in arranging apartment. 👏👏

We had a pleasant stay! Everything was good. Very goo breakfast! Hotel was very clean and also everyday the room gets cleaned. The beach is 4 min walk, sot you can avoid also using the car if you want! Staff is great and polite.

The owner - 100/10, Babis is always glad to help you or to answer your questions. It was really nice to have warm conversations with him in the evenings. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned EVERY day and towels changed every day as well. Breakfast - delicious and nutricious 10/10, everyone could find something they would like. All electric devices were working with no problems, big fridge, good wifi, hot water, nice terracce and comfortable beds. Location is very good - you can easily find the hotel and the beach is not that far. you can get there by car in 5 minutes, or by foot in 15. Also very silent at night, nothing bothered our sleep. A lot of parking spots for those travelling by cars

This was our second time staying at Villa Maria, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! 🏖️ The host is very kind, polite, and welcoming, always ready to help. He even gave us an upgrade to a better apartment — we are so thankful for that! He’s also very understanding and flexible — whenever possible, he goes the extra mile to help. For example, this time we needed to check in earlier, and he kindly arranged it without any problem. The whole place is clean and well-maintained, with white, fresh linens and towels, comfortable beds, and always hot water. You can really feel that the owners are constantly improving the place and care about their guests’ comfort. Each apartment has its own sun loungers on the grassy yard, and you can take them with you to the beach, which is just a few steps away — you literally go down a short path and you’re right there by the sea. 🌊 We highly recommend Villa Maria to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place by the sea. Great property, so close to the sea and everything else, yet so quiet and calm. Peter is a fantastic host, took care for everything we needed, there was a complementary water and wine in fridge, dog friendly, very very clean and comfortable.
